Before we approached Jay our evenings would be spent looking at the monitor waiting for the dreaded 30 minutes to pass and every single time our beautiful baby would wake, each time we became more distressed, more frustrated and argued with one another over whose turn it was to go in. Our food would get cold, that’s if we ate it! We would give up and go into the bedroom and sit there for the rest of the evening whilst one of us held our baby.

With Jay’s input we can see the light at the end a very dark and gloomy tunnel. Yes it’s a journey but we’ve seen so much change for the better. We know that by choosing to start gentle sleep training we are helping our daughter learn and grow to sleep independently. Jay has been in contact and given emotional support day in day out. I know that she’ll be there when we need her for our next sleep transition. If you have any doubts, let them go and have a chat with Jay, we are so pleased we did!

When we first approached Jay, we had a 7 month old who was terrible at napping, would only sleep in my arms after feeding to sleep and wake up every hour at night. The only way we could get any sleep was to co-sleep. With Jay’s amazing guidance and support, we have achieved the unthinkable. Navya requires little assistance to fall asleep, has a good routine for day naps and will wake for a feed at night, and fall back asleep.

All this time still being able to continue breastfeeding. Jay has been amazing throughout our journey and definitely could not have achieved this without her. She has been so approachable and encouraging and we are so grateful for all her help and advice. Our baby is so much happier and calmer after having enough sleep and we are a lot less tired and enjoy having a more predictable routine. Thank you so much Jay
