A wakeful window is from the time your little one woke up from their last sleep until their next sleep. Knowing your child’s wakeful window is vital to making sure they are well rested throughout the day to make bedtime a breeze.
Here are some examples, the gap in-between them being awake and asleep is your wakeful window.
1 – Awake – 7am
2 – Asleep – 10am
3. Awake – 12pm
4. Asleep – 3pm
5. Awake – 4pm
6. Asleep – 7pm
Babies and children who are constantly awake longer than their wakeful windows will start to suffer form over tiredness and this is the culprit to so many sleep issues.
